Hello guys,
so I requested a refund for my pass last week and the interrail page said it would be checked if my pass is eligible for refund (which it definitely is). I know that it takes time until these things get checked and verified but I find it strange that I can’t see any indication of my refund request anywhere in my account. Is that normal? Anyone has any experience with how the refund works and how long it takes?
