Because our train to the destination where we had to take our last train was way to late we missed our last train to Madrid. As a result we needed to purchase new tickets in order to get to Madrid on the same day which cost us per person about 50€, although we have an Interrail Pass but the seats reserved for Interrail People were already booked out. How can we get our money back?

Thank you so much in advance!!

What train (route, date, departure time) did you need a new reservation for?

Between France and Spain, only the 2 AVEs have limited pass holder seats.

In any case, fill in the compensation form here:

https://www.interrail.eu/en/support/delay-compensation

Add the additional costs you had because of your delay.
