Reservations aren’t compulsory, so you can just get on any train.
If you want a reservation, you can get it at any station ticket office, or (surprisingly) from GWR following the advice here:

Hello,
if you just add the journey to your mobile pass (or write it on your paper pass), you’re good to go. No reservation needed for daytime trains in GB (no matter if the app tells you otherwise).
If you still want a seat reservation (which might be wise, especially at busier times) you can get one for free through the GWR site.
