reset password doesn't wor

This is serious. Here is the message I constantly receive when trying to reset my password (either one I choose or one automatically generated by Firefox.  My own suggested passwords are judged “weak,” something I believe not to be justified.

I attach a screenshot of the message I repeatedly receive.
