I returned 2 paper passes 3 weeks ago and bought mobile ones instead. I am worried that I haven’t received a refund yet as it is a lot of money! Has anyone else had problems with refunds?

Refunds should be processed as soon as Eurail receive your paper passes. You can contact customer support to ask about the status:
