seat an bed reservation

Hello,I would like to purchase a pass to travel this summer with my partner and her two children. We are planning to travel from Paris to Oslo. However, I have a few questions about reserving seats between Paris and Cologne and couchettes between Hamburg and Alvesta for the night train. How do I reserve seats between Paris and Cologne? Is this possible via the Interrail website? How do I reserve couchettes? On the SJ website? Is there a discount? How do I get discounts?Thank you for your help.

Do you have any idea how much it costs per extra seat? And for a couchette? (I can't estimate until I buy the pass.)

You can see pass reservation prices on raileurope.com without having a pass.

Seat61 also provides information:

https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

And also Interrail:

https://www.interrail.eu/en/book-reservations/reservation-fees

You can buy them AFAIK on the Interrail website but it's more expensive because Interrail adds 2€ service fee per person and train.

Use www.raileurope.com for Paris - Cologne and www.sj.se for Hamburg - Alvesta instead. No booking fees.

Book both trains but especially the eurostar ASAP because Eurostar has only a very limited availability for Interrail passholders.

Thank you. Do you have any idea how much it costs per extra seat? And for a couchette? (I can't estimate until I buy the pass.)

If anyone is reading this and has the opportunity to make an estimate, I'd be very interested :)
