seat booking

I have activated a rail pass and want to get to Brussels from Marmande in SW France. The trip involves Eurostar from Paris to Brussels.

I could find seat reservations in the Interrail app. It referred me to https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass

I went on there and booked a seat on a Eurostar for €31 and have received confirmation of that. However I can’t now find the particular train (17:55 from Paris) on the Interrail app.

Any advice - what should I do

This train is available. You must always update the Rail Planner app to the last version (50.11.0 now on my iPhone):

Which is your travel date?

Always check train times directly with the operator. The Railplanner app could be outdated.

If you can't find your train at the day of travel, add it manually to your pass.

That’s really helpful, thank you.  It is Thursday 24 July. I’ve checked the train exists on the Eurostar website.

I’ll see if I can manually add to my pass - any tips on how to do this?

OK thanks - that’s helpful and interesting.  Definitely not visible in my version - I only downloaded the App for the first time a week ago.  How can I check what version I have.

I have now manually added it, saved my seat booking bar code. so I think I’m probably ok. Loathe to delete the app in case something goes wrong.
