I already reserved seat from milano to zuerich, however is far away from my friends, how can i change it

Unfortunately that probably means you cannot change them. However, you'll be able to see on the displays above the seats which seats are available and move seats to available seats together. Officially only allowed within Switzerland (from Chiasso onwards) where reservations are no longer compulsory, but I doubt staff will care that you're not seated at your assigned seat earlier on the journey.
If your reservation is issued by Trenitalia (it may also work with other reservations), try to import your reservation into the Trenitalia app to change your seat.
I think that it works only if you paid 2 € to reserve the seat on a plan, but I’m not 100% sure. You must select that you want to choose a seat again during the exchange.
