I'm travelling with family from zurich to venice, however given different coach and seat with my 2 year old son in trenitalia. There is no email contact given by ticket. How do I make the changes on my ticket?

You may be able to load the reservation in the Trenitalia app and then change the seats.

I guess that the train is very crowded. You always get seats as close to each other as possible when you make reservations for several persons.

My traveling date is on 12 June at 8.33am from zurich to venice St Lucia. Travelling with my spouse and 2 son. However seating coach been given different from others for the 2 year old boy while purchased from eurail app/website. Is there any contact of trenitalia in online that i can make the changes?

I can find a lot of contiguous seats in this train on raileurope.com and select them on a plan, but I didn’t choose the family car (#5).

I would contact the customer service of Eurail, I guess that it is a bug.
