Seat Reservation Issue - Zagreb to Zidani Most (Euronight, 3rd August)

I'm planning to travel on the Euronight train (Nightjet) from Zagreb to Zidani Most on Sunday, 3rd of August. The train departs from Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor at 19:40 and arrives in Zidani Most at 20:57. I understand that this train continues on to Stuttgart, but I only need to travel on the Zagreb to Zidani Most section. However, I'm having trouble making a seat reservation for this part of the journey through services like ÖBB, where it says tickets are not available. Is it possible to make a seat reservation just for this leg of the trip? Thank you for your help!

Your pass is still valid. The railplanner app is not recommended for planning as it works with offline data and therefore is often outdated. It’s good to manage your pass while travelling though.

It’s best to use the planners of the national railways instead.

Where have you found this connection?

According to ÖBB, there are engineering works planned on this route so that train is rerouted and does not stop at Zidani Most station. It is also leaving earlier (18:10).

As the timetable is still not final, seat reservations are not open yet. But they are optional on this route anyway.

I found it on the eurorail app. Does this mean I can't get a train from Zagreb to Zidani Most?

So what would you recommend I should do?

Check the train times again closer to your travel date on bahn.de or oebb.at.

Reservations are not required in the EN when travelling in Croatia, Slovenia and/or Austria.

Really? I wouldn't want to arrive and then require a seat reservation when I don't have one!

Yes, really. Only for seats of course. For longer journeys in high season, a reservation may be wise, but for your journey, I wouldn't bother.

Okay, so I could get on that euro night train just with my interrail pass?
