I have a pass and have booked Eurostar reservations but the app will not allow me to reserve this trip. Seats are now available on SNCF but Eurail gives me a ‘bad gateway’ error message. Help!

Avoid the Eurail reservation service (as you actually get redirected from the app to there) and book your seat reservations elsewhere. For this route, www.raileurope.com is a good choice. Add your rail pass and change currency to € such that you only pay the price of the reservations and no other markups.
