Do I need to use traveling day if I already booked seat reservations for a train and have qr code with ticket ?
I do not have trains without “seat reservation required” for this day

You always need a an active travel day if you travel on your pass. Seat reservations are not a replacement, they are additional. Without an active travel day, you don't have a valid ticket.
