Hi! I need help with info regarding train seat reservations. Currently I won’t be able to catch the train o originally booked the seats since my previous train is delayed due to technical problems. Do you guys know if I can board the next train without problems? Or do I have to buy new seats?

First, don’t buy new seat reservations for any onward train from Milan.
It’s best to inform the Italian train staff who board the train in Domodossola. You should get rebooked free of charge either through them or from the staff at the customer service booth at Milano Centrale.

It's too late now, but you could have already asked at the ticket office in Sion station. The railways must assist you in such situations. Asking a community is not the best solution because you are not guaranteed to receive an immediate answer.
