Seat reservations bought online don't show in the app (urgent)

We are a family of three and we planned our entire trip on the website. We gave the trip a name and bought seat reservations.

Now when we added ourselves to the app the trip shows up, but not the seat reservations.

I have printed the seat reservations, so we have them on paper (and also digitally as pdf’s on our phones), but why do they not show up on the phone, when they do on the website? This is very confusing.

Where did you book the reservations?

Only reservations booked via Interrail can show in the app, if you log into your Interrail account under More > Account. Reservations booked elsewhere won't be visible in the app.

If you did book via Interrail, then please report this to customer service:

FYI:

Booking reservations via Interrail is not recommended because they're more expensive, the website is less reliable (sometimes unexplainable errors) and you can never choose your seat, to name a few. Better and cheaper places to book reservations are listed here:

I have contacted them through the customer service now (thanx for the link).

I booked everything https://www.interrail.eu and I have received confirmations and tickets in my email, so I guess it’s fine (I have printed the tickets, so I also have them on paper), but it’s annoying that they don’t show up in the app.

I guess, it’s fine, once you get used to the system, but I have to say that as a beginner in this system, there’s definitely room for improvement.

You must add all trains as journeys in the Railplanner app. Did you give the Trip in the Railplanner app exactly the same name as the Trip you created on the Interrail website? If so, you should be able to see the reservations in the app.
