Seat reservations required in app

Good morning, I am travelling soon, I thought I was ready but suddenly in the application all trains including regional trains show "Seat reservations required".

 

Same search on the website shows "You're ready to board", just like it was when I added my trip to the planner a week ago.

 

For example, Lille to Amiens via TER.

This is a bug; I've seen comments more people about it. The TER you mentioned cannot be reserved. Please report it to customer service:

It's a bit of a critical bug I would say, I will make a support ticket. Are they available by chat or only the chat bot ?

I think the chatbot can pass you on to a human if you say the right things.

Hi ​@Martin555111 & ​@rvdborgt, we can see now the issue has been resolved on RPA Android if using the newest version of 50.6.0 😊 Let us know if you still experience the same issue
