Hi there. I am trying to make seat reservations using a global pass plus for two journeys. The first is an LNER train from Newcastle to London Kings Cross and the second is the Glacier Express in Switzerland. I am directed to a different website to make seat reservations for both trains but they are charging a fee. I understood that seat reservations were included with the global plus pass. Is this not correct? Many thanks.

The seat reservation for the glacier express is not included in the Pluss Pass. And you should be able to reserve the LNER train free of charge (the reservations are free in general for those if done directly with the operator)
