"Something went wrong" when trying to pay for passes

Eurail is doing something fishy. There is 1 day left of the 25% off passes discount and it is giving me an error when going to pay. It says that support will get back to me within 24 hours. All I need to do is enter payment details and I’m done. 

When has a company ever had issues taking money from customers??? Unless they are waiting for the 25% off to be finished so that they make extra money off me. 

is anyone else having this issue??

Thanks for your response. Money was not deducted from my account. This error is coming up before the payment page event loads up. 

I’ve tried doing 1 pass instead of 2 and it works. Trying to do 2 passes must be wigging the system out.

Was money deducted from your card/account?

I wouldn’t necessarily think it’s fishy, maybe the system is overloaded. 
But you could try allaboard.eu to buy the pass, you’d even safe the cancellation protection fee.
