I bought a watch in Zurich (more than 300 chf) but I am leaving Europe from Paris, not Switzerland. My train to Paris is from Zurich HB tomorrow early morning. Do they have a tax refund place in Zurich HB? What is the process? How much time do I need for this purpose?

It's probably not worth the effort, the Swiss VAT is already very low (8.1%).
As far as I know you have to go to Zurich Airport, maybe only airside.
