The Interrail App doesn't syncronize with the online account on the interrail.eu website

I allready bought a pass on the interrail website.eu

I have a iPhone and a laptop with windows 11, I used the browser Firefox.

I activated my pass at the mobile Rail Planer App and conect it with a spesific trip. The same pass is connected to another trip on the interrail website in my account. The Trip from the App isn’t shown on the interrail website and the Trip on the website isn’t shown in the App. I can change the trips in the app as I want but in my accout there changes nothing. So the sincronization between the online website and the app obviosly doesn´t work, even it´s the same pass and the same account. How can I fix this?

It is not possible to fix this problem because this functionality is not implemented, You cannot synchronise and you must define again the journeys in the Rail Planner app. Seat reservations never appear in the app.
