We have already purchased our Eurail pass, our first trip by train is from Brasov (Romania) to Budapest Hungary, We leave Brasov on April 24 2026, when can I reserve our seats as Im told no trains at this stage, any particular company I should use. Thank you.

Use "I only need seat reservation”. You're way too early though.
For the day train, only 2nd class reservations seem to work online.
