I can not find it in Eurail schedule.
It will be there eventually. You better do the planning elsewhere than the Eurail app. Use DB and other national railways for planning.

There are replacement buses between Poschiavo and Pontresina (repairs related to last year's storms). They should be added to Rail Planner soon indeed.
Btw don't worry, the road is almost as scenic as the railway. ;)
