Hi, I want to travel to Morocco with 2 children from Stockholm. Can anyone help me and suggest train times/places before I buy the Interrail ticket.
We want to travel the fastest route.

Maybe take a look at this to start with : https://www.seat61.com/international-trains/trains-from-Stockholm.htm#Stockholm-Barcelona (the website is incredible)

Also this general guide : https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

Seat reservations will be a significant part of your budget but there are a few ways to save money.

Night trains are a great way to travel but most tend to be expensive (still remember that you save a night accommodation).

One exception could be the night train from Paris to the Spanish border (Latour de Carol, Cerbère) -> 20€ for a couchette = a very good deal!

The return trip should be doable with a 7 days pass, especially if you take the Hamburg - Stockholm night train on the way back.

Use bahn.com or DB Navigator app for planning -> very reliable tools of the Germsn railways. However you should still split the journey in multiple connections : it could show suboptimal routes if you search Stockholm - Algeciras in a go.

Feel free to ask anything.
