I have reserved seats through the app and received my car and seat number. I would like to view a seat map ahead of my trip but I need to know the specific train operator. How do I find that information? The only thing next to my trip is EXP Express

You can not book seats on the eurail app, it directs to other providers.
If you used www.lner.co.uk you can both see a seat map and change seats there or on the LNER app for free. If you booked elsewhere you can still see the seat map.
Reservations on British trains are not required (except Eurostar to mainland Europe and sleeper trains) and available for free from ticket offices and www.gwr.com for all reservable trains as well as LNER for their own trains.
