I just got an email saying my train on friday is affected due to train strike in italy. But I am not sure I understand the email correctly. Is it all trains in italy affected or just some? My train is RJ 83

In Italy, a strike is planned from 10.04.2025, 21:00 until 11.04.2025, 20:59.
DB-ÖBB EuroCity trains and RJ trains in the section München Hbf ? Innsbruck Hbf ? Verona/Bologna/Venedig, in each case via Brennero/Brenner, as well as the trains RJ 185 and RJ 184 in the section Innsbruck Hbf ? Bolzano/Bozen are affected.
The trains RJ 83 / RJ 82 in the section München Hbf ? Innsbruck Hbf ? Bologna are guaranteed.
In case of a strike train cancellations and delays are to be expected in the passenger train traffic during this period.
