I want to take the nighttrain at 22:18 at Milano P.Garibaldi (Italy), I would arrive at 20:50 at Milano Centrale (Italy) from Zurich, would that be enough time to transfer from one station to the other? And does the train from Zurich usually arrive on time?

Yes, plenty of time. The Zurich-Gotthard-Milan line is reliable and trains are frequent (~ every 30 min).
You may take the Malpensa Express (at 21:25, included in the pass), the subway (not included, use any contactless card) or even walk.
I would only worry if you are coming straight from Germany (departure time and place?).
