I would like to take a One-Country pass for France but I start my journey from Lausanne and come back to Lausanne (Switzerland). I cannot find out if the one country pass is available from Lausanne.

You'll need an extra ticket from Lausanne to Geneva. From Geneva (or any other border tariff point), the OCP for France is valid.
