Travelling with kids from Turkey to Hungary

Hello,

This summer, I’m going to travel with my daughters from Istanbul to Budapest, visiting Bulgaria and Romania. I’ll be traveling alone with them, without their mother. Do you know if the customs and border control usually ask for a consent letter from their mother to travel? Is it advisable to carry it in several languages, along with the Family Book (Libro de Familia)? I’d like to have everything in order to avoid any issues. Any tips for this route would be greatly appreciated!

Check the consular information of the countries you're passing through and of your origin nationality/residence for certainty. It sometimes depends on the nationality (nationals of a certain country can't leave without such proof) or might be wider. Safest might be to get it anyway.
