Hi, I am attempting to activate a digital ticket to travel on a Trenord service. All the advice I have refers to a 14 digit code, although the Trenord App infers 15 digits (in a 5+10 format), but nothing I have on my order corresponds to this.
Can anyone help, please. I am due to travel on 28 November, which is the day of another Italian rail strike, and that is another problem I will have to sort out.
