Hi - I have purchased 3 x Eurail Passes and have commenced booking trains.
However in the Trip Planner where we are planning the trip, it says reservation required - but have already done that and have it confirmed.
- Can we link the reservation into the trip planner on the website so we know that this segment has been completed?
- coming up with us requiring to book passes as ads - doesnt seem to recognise that we have already purchased passes - we are logged in, and my account shows all the correct information (that I have purchased tickets, names of travellers etc)
- Does the reservations how up in the mobile app? I cant seem to see the tickets in the mobile app? I can see them on the website.
