I have bought two passes for two separate trips

One trip starts tomorrow and I have linked this to one pass and activated the pass. But the app sent me a notification saying I am starting a trip tomorrow and have no connected trips. I have checked and have linked the trip to the right pass. How to solve?

Does the message really say “no connected trips” or is it "no connected journeys”?

In the app, a trip is a collection of journeys, and a journey can contain consist of 1 or more trains. A journey can be added to a pass.

Can you post a screenshot of the My pass page?

There's no reason to activate the pass in advance.
