I purchased two Interrail 4-Day Passes (one for my daughter and one for myself) and activated both on my smartphone. My daughter now needs to use her remaining 2 travel days alone. She is traveling to Paris in two days.
Unfortunately, transferring her pass to her phone is not working:
- Error on her phone: When she enters her last name and pass number, it says "This pass is already being used on another device."
- Issue on my phone: I cannot delete or deactivate her pass within my Rail Planner app. The "Move pass to another device" function only generates a QR code that redirects to a Google search page.
How can I transfer my daughter's pass to her smartphone as quickly as possible? Since her trip is in two days, I would deeply appreciate your urgent assistance!
