Can anyone tell me whether Eurostar trains from London to Paris/Lille are included free with a One-Country Eurail Pass for France? Or do I need to pay separately for this before using my Eurail Pass?

You can't use the Eurostar with a One Country Pass France or with a One Country Pass UK, you need a Global Pass for the Eurostar.
