valid


i bought my pass in january 2023. (7 days in one month). It says i can use my pass within one year. But at the pass the valid date is 18.01.23 to 17.02.23. Is my pass not valid any more? But i just bought it.. What is the problem?

It seems like you have activated your pass with the 18th of January as start date, which means that your pass isn't valid anymore.

Where you bought it? What kind?( Paper or mobile pass?  )
What have you done after you bought it?
