Question

validity of 1 outbound and 1 inbound travel day

My current country of residence is Germany, and I am travelling to Switzerland.

I read about 1 outbound and 1 inbound travel day, to leave and return to your country of residence using the Pass.

I wanted to ask whether it is applicable for a single country pass or only a global pass?

Single country passes don’t have home country days, since they are valid only in the one specific country but not to get there and back.

The global pass is not much more expensive than the Switzerland pass.

Depending on how far you have to travel in Germany, and how expensive your ticket will be, you might get good value from buying a global Pass.
