Hi, I purchased a 7 day travel day (mobile pass) w/in 1 month last night and went to activate my pass/input my passport # in when I saw that I could not enter the desired dates for travel. I want to start using my pass July 1st but it is only allowing me to start it September 1st. I’ve tried everything I can think of to adjust it (including deactivating and then reactivating it) to see if I can move the dates…but nothing as worked. I never saw any specifications of dates when I purchased the pass, so I’m very confused. What do I do? My mom and I leave Tuesday and I want to get this sorted. Thank you!

In addition, it's not a good idea to activate your pass (or any travel days) in advance, other than to test/play around, and then cancel the activation after you're done. Only activate on the day you start your trip. This is because you can't cancel activation once validity has started, so if you can't travel after an unexpected event (e.g. you wake up ill), then you can loose travel days.
