Can I use my after 11 months and 2 weeks years after I buy it?

Hi @Irem Erol . Your Pass is only valid for activation 11 months after the date you purchased it. That means anything over that, the Pass expires. However, you can still exchange your Pass up to 6 months after the last activation date. Hope this helps.

    That is possible, but the start date of the validity period cannot be later than 11 months after purchase. This date should be mentioned in the confirmation e-mail you received.
