Train will be replaced by a bus service (a direct bus and a bus with several stops). We would like to take the direct bus to Mönchengladbach at 9.55 am. Does anybody know if this bus service is included in the Interrail Pass?

Railreplacement busses are included in the Interrail pass.
+3Iff I'm correct, this bus is specifically for this trainroute, so it's oke for your interrail pas.
As long as you activate the journey in your app(to show where you are going), you'll be fine.
This bus is not serving as a normal bus, but is here for train passengers to get to their next connection.

I can’t find the route Venlo-Mönchengladbach in the Railplanner and therefore can’t add the route to My Trip. At DB the route is visible. The rest of the journey Mönchengladbach-Düsseldorf-München is visible in the Railplanner.

You can add any train/bus manually. Scroll to the bottom of the planner results and tap on "Add it manually”.
