Estaremos viajando por Espana por 22 dias iremos a 15 diferentes ciudades: Madrid, Salamanca, Valencia Valladolid, San Sebastian, Pamplona, Bilbao,  Leon, Santiago de Compostela, Portugal Lisboa Sevilla ,Cordoba, Malaga, Valencia y Barcelona ,  Entre otras ; podré hacer todos estos destinos con Eurail?

Yes that's possible. However you will need to book seat reservations in advance for all these journeys (extra costs). Spain and RENFE are a pain: most trains are bookable online but some are not.

You will need to plan carefully your itinerary. Same if you were to buy regular train tickets.

Have a look at this great guide (https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm) and Rail Europe (click on "add rail pass" to check the price, use Euro currency).

Santiago - Lisbon is best done through Vigo - Porto. Due to frequency on that cross-border line you either have to stop overnight in Vigo or Porto (I'd recommend the latter).

Lisbon - Sevilla is best done by bus. You can take the train to Faro and then the bus but plan sufficient margin in between (ideally 2 hours).

Some trains might be missing from Rail Planner and other planners. Use the RENFE website and don't rely too much on Google Maps (sometimes it is incorrect).
