Yes, the travel between Visp and Zermatt is covered by Interrail/Eurail.
Thanks Anna, we are looking to travel on the 20 Oct and can't get any scheduled trains to appear on planner?

Looks like there are no trains running from the 12th Oct to the 9th November, ss there may be track work going on. SBB are running buses to Tasch and then a train to Zermatt, but nothing coming up on the Eurail app.

The Rail Planner app is often incomplete and out of date. The replacement buses will probably appear at some point, but you should not use this app to plan.
