Eurail/Interrail do not provide phone support.

It is better and cheaper in most cases not to use eurail for reservations. There are other sources for nearly all trains.

De genoemde pagina van Seat61 over reserveringen is het beste advies. Als je een probleem hebt om een bepaalde trein te reserveren, dan hebben we minstens route, datum en vertrektijd nodig van die trein.
