Whats going on with the data breach?

Paid so much money to replace my passport! And in the cost of living crisis, it's so expensive! We must demand compensation from these companies who feel as though they can get away with it and do what they want with our information! The government need to hold these companies to account and the financial burden should not lay on the victim of these breaches! This multinational company should be paying out for replacements! Ive sent multiple emails to this company and they send generic emails back, closing the conversation in the small print!

Completely agree Ruth. I have asked them many times about compensation. They have made it clear that they don’t care, they feel strongly that it’s not their problem. Asking for compensation for the disruption, stress, costs and the strong possibility of scams and identity theft , is trivial.

The fact they have weak cyber security and there is absolutely no proof that has changed. So I would not trust a purchase from them again.

Ask them about compensation and you will get the same answer. Nothing…..
