Hello I have read that Lauterbrunnen to Wengen is now included in the global pass, but when I look on the rail planner app every option is listed as not in network. Which route is included?

Rail Planner is indeed wrong. Passes are valid until Wengen but not further -> the whole train is marked as incorrectly.

Simply log the journey or add the train manually.

Hello! Thank you for flagging this. We are aware of the issue and we are in talks with SBB for a solution. For now please add the journey manually in the app so you are able to travel.

I am planning to board this train from Lauterbrunnen to Wengen.

I see that we have to generate a ticket while boarding any train.

Can you please elabore what do you mean by manually adding the journey in the app and how will i generate the ticket for the manually added journey.

Before boarding the train.

In the results of the planner, scroll to the bottom and tap on "Add it manually”. That will add the train to your trip, which you can then activate like any other train.
