My son and I are planning a trip from the UK through France & Spain in early August next year (2026)
I am looking to take advantage of the current sale on the Global Pass, so I just want to check that if I purchase this now it will still be valid as won’t be activating it until 4th August 2026?
I have asked the ‘bot’…….it wasn’t much help!!! Hoping someone here can confirm for me?? Thanks!

The latest possible start date is exactly 11 months after purchase. So 4/8/2026 as the start date is perfectly possible.

Just be aware that the current sale passes are not refundable so if your plans change close to the date you may end up with useless passes.
There is usually 3+ sales every year, so you should have an opportunity to buy at a discount again.
