Winter trip to Slovakia and other European Countries

Hi there, my daughter (20 years old) and I planning to go to Europe in late November to early January. Our base will be Skalica (Slovakia) as we have family there. I want to be able to travel to other countries by train if possible. Do you have any suggested itinerary via trains/buses? I’m thinking Germany, Italy, France, Belgium. Thank you so much!!!
