I've bought my pass yesterday and I intend to use it from the 15.07.2025 but whe I try to reserve seats it says that I can't because my pass is activated by 2026. Why is that possible?

You pass isn't activated. The information says only that you must activate the pass no later than the 5th of June 2026, which is 11 months after purchase.

Where does it say that you can't? You should be able to activate your pass directly. Try out if it works (selecting a date in the future) and cancel the activation once your test has worked. This to avoid you accidentally have an active pass (they can't be cancelled once the activation period is reached).

For reservations, there are different options where to book these  so be sure to check out https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

Here is where it says that. Keep in mind that I've bought the pass yesterday night so I don't understand why i can't.

It is better and cheaper to make reservations though other channels than Interrail.

If you look at the screenshot for the reservation tool you'll see that there's a problem with the date I would like to book my seats. The calendar gave me no July as an option ( is graded out)

Unfortunately from the Deutsche Bahn Website it's not possible just to book a seat reservation.

Sure it is, just select "seat only"/"nur Sitzplatz".
