wrong start date

I accidentally pressed to activate a travel day today and so the app moved the start date today when my trip starts on july 30th, and it doesn’t late me change it anymore. 
I already wrote to the assistance, I know u can not change it but maybe they can do something cause I really pressed by accident. 
Did anyone have any similar experience?

It would be a commercial gesture by support. They do not have to.

You get the question several times if you really want to activate a travel day, so it is rather difficult to activate a travel day by accident. You should not activate neither the pass nor a travel day in beforehand.

Well yes but if by accident u click okay instead of no it’s still an accident. Lets try not to judge, people might be tired or not read well. Mistakes happen even if it’s written two times.
