Hello, my husband and I want to do the World War II sites and we wanted to do it by train. I had found some kind of itinerary a while back on eurail, but I can’t find it now. I’m just wondering if someone has already done this by train, the one that I had started from Paris.

It’s a bit of a broad question, but you’ll find lots of WWII history places/museums/graveyards/commemoration sites/tours dotted all over Europe than the places mentioned in the link above.

I suggest to search on https://www.sncf-connect.com. Maybe some sites are only reachable by bus. But, if you don’t find any train or bus, you have to search other information with Google or an IA. Let us know if you want to visit a specific site and need further help.
