Travelling to Italy - Slovenia- Croatia; do I need a visa for those countries?

I am a UK resident and travelling in august to Italy then Slovenia then Croatia-do I need a Visa for any countries?

    Does UK Resident mean UK Citizen with UK Passport or something else?

     

    Either way it would be strongly advised to go to the official websites of both your national government and those of places you plan on visiting to find out what you need to legally enter.
