3 我的旅程出发地是瑞士。我的首次出境旅程(法国）,用票次数5日，剩余的5日票后续安排二次出境旅程或仅在瑞士境内旅游，我的通票是否可以这样去使用？

Here’s the information on whether to buy Eurail or Interrail. I think you can choose either, and the Eurail pass is better for you: https://www.eurail.com/en/help/interested-in-eurailing/do-i-need-a-eurail-or-an-interrail-pass
I’m not sure what you mean by your second question?
If you have an Interrail pass, you can only travel in Switzerland on two of the 10 days. It doesn’t matter which days those are, and they can be both outbound or both inbound if you want.
If you have a Eurail pass, this restriction doesn’t apply, and you can travel as much as you like in Switzerland.
