I plan on being in Europe for a total of 34 days. I will be staying about a week in each of 4 cities in the Netherlands, Germany and France and 1 week on a cruise to Norway and Denmark. I calculate this would require 6 travel days from my arrival to departure. If I am reading the tickeing options correctly, the best way for me is to select a Flexi pass for 10 days which would permit up to 4 day trips within the the areas I am staying in addition to the necessary intercity travel. This instead of a continuous pass for 30 or more days.

Very much appreciate your reply. I did not price out the individual trips as not all are determined yet. But also appreciate that value the pass provides in flexibility.
Will be arriving at AMS 31-Jul and will need to go to Rotterdam. The cruise is 7 days & will be in Rotterdam 5 days post cruise. Plan on a day trip to Arnhem in that time.
Next stop Berlin. For 1 week. No rail plans during that time as of now.
To Cologne 4 days. Planning a day trip to another city along the Rhine tbd.
Then to Strasbourg for 4 days, details tbd.
Then to Bayeux for a week. Expect to use train to visit the Overlord sites.
Lastly to Paris. Primarily to visit Notre Dame as it was closed when there in '22. Departing CDG to JFK 2-Sept.
Thankful for any feedback or suggestions.
